Since establishing our certified organic permaculture farm in the early 80’s, I’ve based my food intake predominantly around a “plant” based diet! We’re blessed, our gardens are designed to produce up to 50 different herbs, fruits, nuts and vegetables every day of the year!
During my first surf adventures to Indonesia in the late 70’s, I had my first taste of locally made tempeh and since, I’ve always enjoyed its health benefits.
It combines perfectly with much of our fresh farm produce.
These days we make our own from organic soybeans, black beans etc, so our customers at PLANT 4 BOWDEN can enjoy its deliciousness!
