The Beach Organics Indonesian Coffee Project
Its production time again and our latest organic, single origin, has been hand picked, sun dried, meticulously hand panned to extract unwanted debris, gently warmed in our dehydrators to reduce bean moisture levels to approximately 13%, tested by the International Coffee Association for potential defects, vacuum packed in 4 kg blocks, bubble wrapped, boxed and transported to our freight forwarding warehouse ready for shipping to us in SA, where we roast and serve to our customers.
This meticulous attention to detail has allowed us to ship every ton without the usual chemical fumigation by Australian Quarantine.
