Away from the hustle and bustle and nestled into our NASAA / NCO certified organic permaculture gardens overlooking the Southern Ocean, you’ll have plenty of space to chill out, enjoy a cup of our organic coffee or one of our pure Darjeeling teas sourced by us from a beautiful tea estate established in 1857.

A world wide search spanning thousands of kms, three continents and decades of work, have allowed us to gather an exceptional range of products from:
The Spice Islands of Indonesia, teas from the gardens of Darjeeling, Assam and Central Java, organic coffees from the beautiful “food forests” of Indonesia, saffron from the Atlas Mountains of Morocco, rare peppercorns with flavours of lemon peel, chilli and camphor, Sumatran cinnamon, Sumba vanilla, cardamom, hand made sea salt crystals, dehydrated fruits from our Tropical Fruits Rescue Program, pure hand scraped tamarind paste, dehydrated ginger, rare turmeric varieties from our tropical gardens in Indonesia, fermented Flores cacao, wild harvest honeys (one scored the top 10 best single origin honey in the world by Epicure Food magazine). We may even give you a tasting, etc etc.
As our food becomes more industrialised in its production and distribution, we believe our food heritage is being eroded and our agricultural land is being degraded.
Our Projects help retain financial and social resilience in these small communities and honour the art of growing, tendering and producing food in a manner that is respectful to the environment and its people.
The concept of reciprocal generosity, natural accounting and sequestering carbon by gently reshaping and improving our land rather than commodifying nature seems a logical and crucial approach to producing our food and conducting our business activities.
