We’ve been busy on our certified organic permaculture farm near Pt Elliot, planting vegetable seed, extending our fruit gardens, roasting our coffee and attending to a myriad of seasonal tasks.
Our unique “Village Based” projects in Indonesia have been equally productive.
Complex, traditional and beautiful “food forest” farming systems are our preferred landscapes to grow and harvest our peppercorns.
Painstakingly hand sorted, before drying and vacuum packing ready for shipping to us. My next step is to navigate the harvest through Australian Quarantine without fumigation nor gamma irradiation.
The resulting pepper has a robust, chilli like heat, like no other.
