As we head into winter we have much to do on the Beach Organics permaculture farm.
We’ve had a bumper crop of lemons, our bananas are looking good for a spring harvest, our compost rich soils are producing quinces weighing in at around 3/4 kg each, we have Kaffir lime fruit almost the size of cricket balls, our garlic chives seed is ready to gather, and we have massive silver beets looking very healthy at almost shoulder height!
