We’ve been busy replanting our vegetable and herb gardens, sweeping, raking and mowing after the deluge / floods several weeks back and aiming to run the workshop on:

Starting time at 11.00 am for those who are driving down from the city.
Finish: 2 pm.
For those of you who had booked into our workshop on Sunday the 27th of Nov and generously offered to roll their pre – payment over to our next workshop, we thank you and hope this day suits.

We’ll also be running an Autumn Kitchen Garden Workshop with a date TBA.

We’re hoping our property will inspire you to embark on your own creative, fun and wholesome journey and help you develop your own home-based food economy!!
We grow over 100 edible species on our 10-acre certified organic permaculture farm, make compost teas, save seeds, raise seedlings, keep poultry, bees, worms, built swales, hot houses and are caretakers of 10,000’s of native residents, including native bees, predatory insects, frogs, kangaroos, a myriad of birds etc.
We also create delicious products including a “bean to bar” chocolate, roast coffee, grow organic herbs for tinctures, have owner built our low-cost mud brick dwelling and have been implementing these strategies for 40 years.
We also run a Traditional Farmers Network in Indonesia, Nth India and NW Africa and import and distribute these wonderful products nationally.
