Barry Beach from Beach Organics will offer a unique blend of street style martial arts, derived from 55 years of dedicated practice in various styles including jujitsu, judo, taekwondo & karate. Barry’s represented Australia in martial arts and has had a long successful competition career.
With several decades of yoga practice focusing on precision and alignment, Barry will start the session with some yoga asana’s (poses) to help the group limber up!
