It’s a long way up …
Here I am climbing a bamboo ladder in Central Java!
Its a beautiful food forest, with abundant bio diversity, coffee, cacao, pepper, mangoes, papaya, Javanese turmeric – Temu Lewak, ginger etc.
When I reach the canopy and abundance of palm flowers, a vessel is placed to capture the luscious nectar.
We harvest our organic palm nectar blend it with organic raw cacao, cold pressed organic cacao butter and voila … luscious raw organic chocolate!
