These hard working “girls” are a real asset on our certified organic permaculture farm, attending to weed management, pest control, fertilising our garden beds and laying delicious saffron yoked free range eggs!
Our electric “nets” keep them safe from foxes.
They help us grow quinces weighing almost a kg each.
With over 70 varieties of fruit and nut trees, loads of vegetables and herbs can also be gathered from our gardens.
And they’re all grown in compost rich soils …. and we’re NASAA certified organic!
